YOUNG PEOPLE ASK: If a 44-year-old Elder rapes a 7-year-old un-baptized publisher, how long should the congregation mark and shun her.

Answer: Evidently the un-baptized publisher tempted the unfortunate brother, however because of her tender age, shunning beyond one year could be excessive, unless of course it can be proven that she did not scream in which case justice would demand she bear a full measure of shunning.
