I went to one of his concerts with Elton John in Atlanta. I enjoyed it very much, and love to have a CD of Billy Joel.

I've liked him "for the longest time". I like him "just the way he is".

If my parents try to take away his music from me, "go ahead with your own life, leave me alone".

JW girls start much too late -- only the good die young!

His songs put me in a New York state of mind....

well, he's not quite as big a deity for me as Bob but he's pretty close.

So many good songs and a good variety - one for every mood.

Thank you for your adorations!!!!!!!!!! I am seriously considering having his signature as a tattoo on my shoulder-thoughts on that?

He's got me through some tough times....listen to Millenium.....thats says a lot, especially regarding religion.

Top song though? Has to be "uptown girl"- there is no song like it in the world!

    I LOVE YOU BILL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I WILL HAVE YOUR CHILDREN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THERE IS NOTHING I WONT DO FOR YOU!!!!!!!!

(just in case he ever feels the need to come on here and read up!)

I recently purchased a remastered CD of The Stranger. The song "Just The Way You Are" sounds excellent, with sparse instrumentation and an expansive sound stage. It gave me a new appreciation for a song I had always taken for granted. I have all his CDs from the Stranger through to his latest effort on classical piano.

I also love the Millenium Concert CD from NY on New Year's eve 1999. Liberty Devito's drum work is great, and Joel was in great form. I also like the Songs In The Attic live CD. His live disc from Russia was okay, but not as good as these two, IMO.

I saw Billy in concert back in the early 80s - it was a very good show.
