Does this mean you can be listed in this ever growing list even if you're not a pedophile? If so, then can it be my legal right to see this list to check and see if my name is in there?

In the we do not have records of child abusers who live in other lands.
So if an abuser would move from one country to another he would be free to roam around. How many of those are there in the Congs?
