I have Real Player and it is working but I want to capture the video as it plays grrrr this just isn't working

Hey! Just in case anyone is uncertain when it is 10 .15pm in the UK, I can tell you that I am going to post this at exactly 9 pm. So all you have to do is add 1hour 15 mins to the time shown on the record for this post and you have it!
