I can't get it to play at all - nothing comes up....

Using Quicktime 5.0.2 (not professional) nothing comes up. No audio, nada.
It does show the piece as ~20 min long, but I get not display of any kind.

derek, what software are you using to play it (and if necessary what plug-ins)?
From a technical point of view ...
DivX seems to be the best thing to use right now judging by the number of films on KaZaa encoded using it. Spiderman and StarWars 2 both weigh in at a couple of 150Mb files but the quality is still quite good.
DivX is just one codec that can be used though.
Thanks FunkyD! Do you guys think that Dateline will have a problem with this VERY low-rez preview? I'd prefer to think about it as a sample, and would love to buy the REAL THING on VHS or DVD from them!
