This material was originally part of my Secrets of Pedophilia in an American Religion CD which I published in 2007.
Click on the Watchtower Documents link provided in the paragraph above and scroll down to where you see, Free Downloadable Files and under that is a file I wrote and named, Secrets Commentary Version 2. Open that file and go to page 81 and you'll see the document that wifibandit posted on this thread. There's more material of interest before and after that document on page 81 regarding the Kingdom Hall Assistance Arrangement and Risk Management which also was posted on http://imgur.com/a/bULyz. Also a part of the Reinmueller Deposition that is found in the Secrets Commentary was copied to http://imgur.com/a/bULyz without giving the source.
