You're correct, BD. Regularity at meetings was mentioned as a criterion. I, too, am inactive. Going out in service would be impossible on the basis of my appearance alone.

We always have plenty of spare Study WT's each month and there is always a pile of them at the back of the KH for those who forget to bring it or bring the wrong copy magazine.
People in our congregation use a magazine or in a few cases a tablet; I have never seen 'home printed' material.
KM's are now available to all, including disfellowshipped ones.
