Vanderhoven7 - took a peek at your link and had to immediately click off. Wish I knew how to supplement my diet without eating even small amts. of animal protein. For some reason I can't figure it out even with tofu - which I like. I might give it another try.

Hi LouBelle~ If you care to share, I'm all ears...maybe there is a vegetarian recipe thread already (I'll search it)

p.s. I massaged a client that when on and on about South Africa and insisted I visit it before i die....that Garden Route is especially amazing as you get view of the Indian Ocean along the way. If I get lucky enough to go I'd sure like to visit with you :)

Surprisingly there are lots of good places to eat vegan food in Vegas. I eat vegan when I'm there.
