My point is principally one of logic - a proof of existence has to be the starting point, else we are considering the alleged properties of the elements of an empty set, etc.

Since one can't use logic to get someone out of something they didn't get into using logic, I accept that these videos may be helpful to some.

Yes and as such we would naturally expect the cognitive science to take an intrest in it for this reason. Examining the neural processes involved should give us more insight on how and why we do the things we do.

Also this videos should be good for lurkers who are wondering how they were so mislead, and how to wash some of these memes out of their programing(indoctrination).
