My husband and I also still have not smoked!!!
we are NON-SMOKERS! We don't smoke! We don't have to buy cigs! We are not setting a horrible example for our kids! We are so darn proud of ourselves! Whoo hooo!

As some of you know ('cas I shout about it all the time) I gave up last Jan 22nd.
Can I just say it's now like I never ever smoked at all.
And I am so glad about that!

THAT IS GOOD NEWS. I QUIT ABOUT 4 YEARS AGO, SMOKED OFF AND ON FOR ABOUT 20 YRS..
THE BEST THING YOU CAN DO IS DRINK TONS AND TONS OF WATER. THIS WILL HELP FLUSH YOUR SYSTEM OUT, BECAUSE AS LONG AS THERE IS NICOTINE IN YOUR SYSTEM, YOUR BODY WILL CRAVE IT. THAT'S WHAT MY DOC HAD ME DO ANYWAY FOR THE FIRST WEEK OR TWO.
