At the start of today's Watchtower Study, I did a little mental exercise - every time the words 'God' or 'Jehovah' appeared, I substituted them with the words, 'The Organization'.

If you are going to a meeting today, try it, and see how very different (and truthful!) the Watchtower Study becomes!!

You can also do the exercise by substituting the words GB for God or Jehovah. Cults change the meaning of words, the language is loaded so when you use the real language you get a better picture of the information that is being disseminated.

The GB want to be worshipped and obeyed. They want all JWs to reamain loyal to them no matter what.

It's almost not necessary with this particular WT Study, it's so slanted toward serving the Organization. Anybody with their ears on will get it.

I'll try it, though. But if I throw up in the aisle, it's YOUR fault, Searcher!

Actually this works with every WTS publication past, present, and future.

Chuck Russell, the great-grandaddy of the organization promoted it as necessary to understanding "Scripture" and began the "practice" of casting aspersions upon anyone who disagreed with what he wrote in the Watchtower. Rutherford took the arrogance up a few rude notches and Knorr refined, refined, refined the sanitized exterior, marshalling in decades of smooth substitutions of man-made claims over "Scripture". The emerging "upfront", known-by-their-names GB have taken the arrogance to another level of verbal sophistication. The interchangeability of elevated men with God and Christ can still shock with its unruffled arrogance. But it is nothing new.

I guess that's what we should expect from a bunch of loonie CEOs who think they are running "God's Organization" totally delusional and beyound reason. Their thoughts are the Organization's thoughts and the Organizations thoughts are Jehovah's thoughts, they have lost all distinction when they are in this delusional state of being some sort of Faithful and Discreet Slave of God always faithful and in line for tremendous blessing because they are the chosen few of God almighty.

They are drunk on these ideas and there is no way to reason with them because they choose leaps in logic over cold hard facts and are steeped in wishful thinking.

Man I went today and the talk and then this WT about telling the young ones to put Jebover first instead of having a life because the end is so close, I puked in my mouth like 5 times and that was just the talk. Seeing all these delusional people especially all the older ones still believing this crap after decades of being told the same thing, sad. Also noted still very little mentioning of Jesus, not even once in the wt I think.

Well apparently it's working on the brainwashed as my pioneer adult child is right now filling out an application for temp work at "bethel". Sucks.
