    But the GB is the Faithful slave. Not only that....they're also DISCREET......somehow they indiscreetly forgot their "masters" advice.

    This cry for money is to cultivate funds for the new UK branch intended to be built. a good possibility.

    Or the WTS's own loan forgiveness has cost the Org alot more than it preconceived and the new building pay arrangement has garnered the expected income amount.

    As with all large religions money is the operative lifeblood (pun not intend )

    If anyone should have worked it out by now, the GB should have;

    JW's are among the most tight fisted, short changing, payment dodging, low tippers of any group on earth.

    My guess is that, while being mostly at the low end of the education and income scale they have learned this skill from their masters.

    LOL! :)

    I quoted this application of the same verse to Mrs. Searcher last night as we went to bed!

    Isn't it wonderful that so-called "apostates" can see such Bible truths with crystal clarity, and yet those who claim to be "God's sole channel of communication on earth" [making holy spirit redundant] studiously ignore the teachings of the very man they are supposed to be imitating & witnessing for! (newbies & lurkers - see past post on the subject!)

    Finkelstein - I doubt they would need additional finds for that - I would have thought that the sale of their prime North London property should more than pay for their relocation. Of course it could still be used by them to claim that the need more money.

    Easy fix: Scale you projects back or put them on hold for a while.

    After the shameless congregation money grab?

    Not sure if they are lying, or more greedy than even I expected, or if they really do have cash flow issues.
