So I'm listening to a talk this week and the speaker was pretty delusional and shouted a lot! The talk was the usual mumble jumble but then he said something that did not make any sense at all. He said that after Armageddon in the new paradise earth, the witnesses will still be warning people about the end of the new system of things. Like what the actual frick! Then he said their going to be in the new paradise still going door to door. I was dumbfounded when the speaker said this. I was so very embarrassed to even be there. Do the Jws really believe this? Very dumb.

Gotta witness to all the newly resurected ones or they will all die again at the end of the 1,000 years.

I kinda think the speaker was making some of his own extrapolations.

Although they have an outline to follow there are some elders who think they can make the talk more interesting by putting in their own bits. Obviously this guy did just that

clarity, weekly stonings of the 100 year old sinners that are like young boys, if you can catch them. and

ST. George, not only "AT the end of the millenium"*, but AFTER the thousand years HAVE ENDED, killings again.

that shows you the value of the House to House ministry. Everlasting time control.

If ever anybody dares to dissent after that, for all eternity, death is awaiting them, preceded by warning in a kind of bible-based ministry no doubt.

    Vicious WT visions.

    * "--AT--" a favoured WT writer turn of phrase to SQUEEZE the final test into their 1000 year, 7000 year-and its-over,-- time dream.

Clearly your delusional speaker was referring to 'John's' vision in Revelation 20, when mankind, perfected by the ministry of the king/priests who rule with the Yahweh/Jesus combo divinity for 1000 years (vs 6). These ones seem to be already tested and perfected as the visionary writes that the second death cannot harm them.

But the rest of us poor bastards, even if we stayed faithful up to and through the imagined armaggeddon, and even if we are absolutely obedient to the ministry of the aforementioned king/priests will still need to be tested (the Yahweh/Jesus combo divinity are taking no more chances after the failure of their first grand design humans- A & E that is). So we will all be tested and re-tested, and the second great purge of humanity will occur as the Revved up 20:7,8 clearly states, that Satan and his supporters will be freed from suspended animation and will again seek to 'mislead' the earth.

Aside from the speaker's over-the-top allusion to going door-to-door for another 1000 years, when clearly the current crop of would-be king/priests are seeking alternative ways lf communicating their grand message of salvation, there is nothing new in what your speaker said. You must've been asleep when the matter was discussed on previous occasions. (amended to add that sleeping it off is the best way of handling these illusions)

Once had a visiting speaker severly criticize those who thought we would have computers in the new world. He just went on and on about what a terrible lack of faith that betrayed...for some reason that escaped his audience.

A CO questioned those who believed we would still fly airplanes. Said he didn't want any airplanes flying over his head, and would shoot them down with his howitzer. "If you get to have an airplane, I get to have a howitzer." Did I mention he was ex-military?

I did hear that there would be no d2d in the new system; just individual bible studies and required meetings. After a designated amount of time and no response, they would die at God's hand (some said at the hands of the elders). No need to go door to door since everyone alive will be given a chance. The WTS teaches that no one will be resurrected until the new system infrastructure is set up and then not all at once, a group at a time starting from the most current time and back in time, except for the good people llike Noah, Abel, Moses, etc. Here are some WTS speculations.

    *** rs p. 340 Resurrection ***

If billions are to be raised from the dead, where will they all live?

A very liberal estimate of the number of people who have ever lived on earth is 20,000,000,000. As we have seen, not all of these will be resurrected. But, even if we assume that they would be, there would be ample room. The land surface of the earth at present is about 57,000,000 square miles (147,600,000 sq km). If half of that were set aside for other purposes, there would still be just a little less than an acre (c. 0.37 ha) per person, which can provide more than enough food. At the root of present food shortages is not any inability of the earth to produce sufficient but, rather, political rivalry and commercial greed.

    *** bh p. 214 par. 3-p. 215 par. 1 Judgment Day—What Is It? ***

According to the apostle John’s vision, “scrolls were opened,” and “the dead were judged out of those things written in the scrolls according to their deeds.” Are these scrolls the record of people’s past deeds? No, the judgment will not focus on what people did before they died. How do we know that? The Bible says: “He who has died has been acquitted from his sin.” (Romans 6:7) Those resurrected thus come to life with a clean slate, so to speak. The scrolls must therefore represent God’s further requirements. To live forever, both Armageddon survivors and resurrected ones will have to obey God’s commandments, including whatever new requirements Jehovah might reveal during the thousand years. Thus, individuals will be judged on the basis of what they do during Judgment Day.

Judgment Day will give billions of people their first opportunity to learn about God’s will and to conform to it. This means that a large-scale educational work will take place. Indeed, “righteousness is what the inhabitants of the productive land will certainly learn.” (Isaiah 26:9) However, not all will be willing to conform to God’s will. Isaiah 26:10 says: “Though the wicked one should be shown favor, he simply will not learn righteousness. In the land of straightforwardness he will act unjustly and will not see the eminence of Jehovah.” These wicked ones will be put to death permanently during Judgment Day.—Isaiah 65:20.

    *** pe chap. 19 p. 165 par. 20 After Armageddon, a Paradise Earth ***

Even persons now dead will enjoy the paradise earth. They will return to life! So, at that time, instead of announcements of deaths, there will be joyful reports about those who have been resurrected. How wonderful to welcome back from the grave dead fathers, mothers, children and other loved ones! No funeral parlors, graveyards or tombstones will remain to spoil the beauty of the paradise earth.

    *** w05 5/1 p. 20 par. 12 The Resurrection Hope—What Does It Mean for You? ***

Not to be forgotten are the wonderful blessings that will result from the application of the benefits of Christ’s ransom sacrifice. Those restored to life in the resurrection will not have the kind of infirmities or disabilities presently experienced. (Isaiah 33:24) A sound body and the prospect of perfect health will allow all inhabitants of the new world to share fully in the educational work of instructing those billions resurrected in the way of life. Those inhabitants will also share in the greatest undertaking ever attempted on earth—that of transforming the whole planet into a paradise to Jehovah’s praise.
