There's a general unwillingness by the courts to get involved in internal religous matters. After all, the solution is simple. Stop attending. To sue under the civil system, you have to show that you have suffered harm or loss in some way.

The laws that apply in business do not apply to religious organizations. If the law was applied fairly all Bibles would be burned, eg. A dog returning to it’s vomit. Hey - didn’t someone try burning Bibles.
