This is font 12pt Finkle ......oh geez size is always such a problem!
My final decision is ............12pt
however I am open to ...oh shoot now look at this size wtf ! oh boy

When I was cutting trim for windows... I found out that a 3'' trim was really
2 1/2 inches wide, & a 4x4 board is really 3 1/2 x 3 1/2in.....
