In my career I've seen more names than you can imagine. There's a cult out there where members legally change their names to a series of characters more than twenty long so their names won't fit on government forms (can't be tracked). There's been cases here in Alberta where a Judge has refused such name changes for dependent children. If the parents want to be that stupid, fine.

There was also a case where children were named after swear words and that was changed.

The last name I'll never forget is Born-With-a-Tooth.

"A judge in Tennessee changed a 7-month-old boy's name to Martin from Messiah, saying the religious name was earned by one person and "that one person is Jesus Christ."

"The word Messiah is a title and it's a title that has only been earned by one person and that one person is Jesus Christ," the judge said.

Messiah also happens to be the name of the author of a well-known book on Quantum Mechanics.

What about Jesus, that's a common name!
