Just a thought....another 'false prophecy', but one they blamed less obviously - was the whole generation of 1914 thing. That was another doctrinal change they made back in ?91? and subsequently blamed the R&F for trying to draw conclusions based on the average human lifespan. (The quote is ambiguous - either they blamed the R&F for the wrong conclusion, or blamed the entire org including themselves. Either way, it WAS a prophecy they made - became obvious it wouldn't come true, and they backtracked on it).
