I don't understand why the anti groups are not using these laws more vigourously.
It's a very serious thing over in the UK and a visit from the Police is known to happen.
I do believe it has been highlighted in a newspaper over there re: the apostate hating rhetoric and being mentally diseased etc.

I think the position taken by the Crown Prosecution Service, and therefore the Police here in the U.K is that such words have to be likely to incite violence against the target person or group before any action could be taken.
A Law without teeth it seems, and one which will not stop hate speech at the early stages.
This is typical of our bumbling Lawmakers here in the U.K.
