I have the 1956 hardbound edition and the later abridged edition. The book is not scholarly and definitely comes across as Schnell being "bitter."
It is noteworthy in the fact that Schnell gives an inside look in the world of Rutherford and his comments, although "bitter" jive with most other's comments who knew Rutherford intimately.
