I'm fairly certain that if Rick Simon's is required to file something that it will be filed on time. Only the WTBTS benefits from dragging out the appeal process. Rick Simon would like to get paid, would benefit from the publicity of beating the WTBTS in court again, and probably would feel good that the WTBTS could no longer state that the WTBTS protects children from molestation and abuse.
