Spread peanut butter on a slice of bread. Spread jelly( I prefer grape) on another slice. Put them together. Enjoy.

She is at early stages of Alzheimers Disease and I told her to cook some more recipes with Coconut Oil, she shows some signs of improvement but I think she will always have issues, time will tell how bad it will get in coming months.

What are you looking for, allcool? Main courses? Dinner? Breakfast? One pot? Diet restrictions? Are there things she dislikes ( my one daughter dislikes Indian food, whereas all the others love it) I have some easy recipes that my family is very fond of that I would be happy to share later this evening.

Coconut oil is good, also coconuts fresh with the juice/water. Peanut butter is not

a bad suggestion, walnuts, raw, even better, olive oil, fish-oil, salmon, salmon fresh,

salmon loaf, salmon sandwiches, salmon poached.

Keep her away from all "conventional" North American food,

NO processed, boxed, most canned, pre-packaged, stick to basic

fresh vegtables and fresh fruit, brown rice, whole grain, really dense,

really whole grain, bread, with no preservatives at all.

YES to nuts, seeds, almonds, tomatoe based pasta sauce.

No beef, no pork, no sausages, no perserved meats,

no luncheon meats, no hotdogs, no ham, no hamburgers.

nothing with nitrates or sulfates, including shampoo and

body wash which contain sodium laureth sulfates.

NO SODA POP. No aluminum cookware. No coated cookware.

Use stainless steel cookware. The others emit toxic fumes and

    chemicals into food.
