In printing your own 3d supper, the 4th dimension would be flavor, which would cost extra.

all information is sent into the future: which is in the already existing 4st dimension (or the 3 ds expanding through/with it) but
any information, printed or not, is received as coming out of the past,
the past that is gone for good.
all printing is 4d. because:
