Amazing thread n the Ugaritic texts. Reminded me of this series on the BBC a while back. http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b00zsbwv/episodes/guide. Leolaia is a real credit to this board - what a shame few JWs will ever get to read her work.

Heh. I was one of the dummies who actually believed that YHWH was real, and I could tell from reading the OT that he was an unpredictable homicidal killer, so reading Leolaia's posts was a relief to me. I'm glad that mofo never existed.
