I'm wondering if it includes breastfeeding. What makes it even more remarkable is that the representative that put this forward is a woman.

Two levels of govt are offended by nipples, as well as a segment of the community. Apparently a dozen women baring them as a group set off the alarm bells. Thirty days to 6 months imprisonment should be the punishment for this offense. Puzzling. Who could find nipples offensive?

The sight of these legislators is offensive to me. I would like to ban the display of their flesh in public, to be covered up with tar and feathers.
