Gotta love all these newbies! Thanks for the info, Clarity.

Don't mean to rain on your parade, clarity, but I'm not a newbie. I was Parakeet a few years ago, didn't look at the site for a while, and when I tried to log on this month, I couldn't remember my password, so had to create a new name/password.

But I think most of your newbies are actual newbies.

The society has been extra circular and illogical as of late, and coupled with Candace Conti and the pretty transparent grab for donations has red flags going up in many people's minds.

What I have noticed, especially with young males, is that they're beating kids over the head about 'reaching out', to the point where you basically have to choose whether to stay or not. Nothing is ever enough, and nothing you do is ever right or praiseworthy. And to top it off, it's nearly impossible to take care of oneself without any education (another thing hexxed by the branch).

I have no desire to Pioneer. I tried to simply step up my service time to the best of my ability, but of course, that isn't good enough. I was encouraged to quit school and find a PT job, but no one offered me any solutions to pay my bills. When I asked about this, I was accused of not having faith.

When dealing with that, many people say "FK it" and they leave.
