I don't remember reading about the Watchtower-United Nations cover up in ISOCF. Did Ray Franz discuss this issue at large or avoid it?

It's briefly mentioned in CoC (4th ed.), p.170-171 as part of the discussion on Mexico and Malawi in the chapter 'Double Standards.'

Maybe that was added in a later edition of CoC, but the original CoC was written long before this scandal was uncovered in the 1990s...
