Anyone else have JW Business Cards?

My cong has these business cards on the lit desk for maybe 2 months now, is this just something that they have done locally or is this a Org wide thing?
There are two different types we have, this is the front and back of one of them.

My pioneer aunt has printed up some theocratic business cards. Not the same, has her info printed.

Some Bethelites in NY had business cards 30 years ago.
I had business cards printed almost 10 years ago.
It's not unusual in N.Y.
