Oh, I was not advocating NOT telling parents. (Indeed, if you do not tell them, and instead accept responsibility to keep an eye on things yourself, well then.. you are by your own acceptance, at least somewhat responsible when you failed to keep close enough watch) I was just stating that if all parents were told, as Recovery claims they are told... then we would see it becoming public knowledge more often. If we do not see this, then that to me says that every parent of a child is not being told. Because people gossip. Not everyone, true. But enough.
and if it does happen because Parents were not warned, don't blame it on God...
