Yeah, but don't forget that Jesus came and upped the ante. He introduced the idea of going above and beyond the law in Matt 5 (sermon on the mount), with the "if they want your coat, give them your 401k" kind of stuff. He said commiting murder was bad, but even being angry was a sin! Calling someone a fool warrants fiery Hell!
That was a tightening up of the law, and he DID mention adultery even being THINKING nasty thoughts about a woman.... Just sayin'....
