Me ? My after meeting ritual, is getting my suit off, and a beer in my hand....in less than 2 minutes from entering my door.

It feels so nice once we make it home, in a much more relaxed atmosphere. Many a times we go out to eat or for drinks afterwards. Once home, I can even see on my hubby's face as if the weight of the world has been lifted.

I used to drink like a fish after the meetings.
I still enjoy my wine but now I enjoy it because I can have it not because I NEED it. Life IS GOOD!!!!

minimum 2 cigarettes with a large glass of ice cold wine with fruit in it...(assorted berries)
continue through out the day with bbq.
thurs km , same with no bbq

Hopefully, my after-meeting ritual is a thing of the past...but most of the time it was get undressed and get 3 fingers of scotch in a glass. -

First thing, change clothes, I always hated to wear a skirt. Next I turn the computer on, play a game or listen to music and try to forget all about the meeting soon as possible. -
