@Silent... I wanted to say my heart goes out to youI know you're not looking for sympathy but it's still a reality that many have to face. I can't imagine the stress you must be under.
There are still "Free Clinics" around and some even have dental. Also in emergency cases County Hospitals are very good and have ability to pay or free services depedning on finances.
Do to continued work under the radar, I take advantage of these servies or I'll have to give up my creative projects, and that's not something I'm willing to do.
Those bastards @ WTS send potential lawyers to colleged! I've read it here and other places many times.
