NVR2L8, I know exactly what you are talkin' bout when it comes to Beth Sarim
I whipped out the Proclaimers book that was given to me, to learn the history of the WTS
And showed the elders wife who stopped by, She also did not know anything about Beth Sarim
I pointed out that it was built on a prophecy that did'nt come true
she said I was not supposed to have that book scince I was not baptised
That's when they proclaimed they are not inspired prophets LOL

The generation teaching was a key thing for me...starting with the 1995 change, although it took a little while to sink in.
I also told them that our great WTS "scholars" didn't know there was no year 0 when they calculated the years leadind to JC kingdom...so when they found out they just pushed the date of the destruction of Jerusalem from 606 to 607...how convenient!
This is the first I've heard about this...seems it was in the Revelation book...guess I didn't study hard enough
