I think it would be a good idea to use this QR codes explicitly saying what you will find if you scan them. Otherwise you could end up being thought of as spammer. That removes the element of surprise to a Jehovah's witness, but it also attracts the interest of those who wouldn't read about the Watchtower otherwise.
