They are going to have to drastically reduce the price on that building--again. I am sure it will cost plenty to bring the building up to my standard, knowing they usually use substandard parts to construct those things with.
Maybe 1/89,995 of a swastika (which is an infinitesimally tiny amount of value, and will be as offensive as the real thing when it reaches its fair value of zero). Meaning, 1/89,995 of zero (which is what the building is actually worth). I would expect to spend at least 200 ounces of gold to bring it up to par.
