You're forgetting in JW'dom - Apostasy = grieving Holy Spirit.... that trumps everything!

I tried to draw a comprehensive picture between the legal process of jw and Islam regardless of the charge be it sorcery or apostasy. IE, if you're charged, your guilty and you are to be hated by all, and if they could behead or stone you, they would, and call it love.
Evidently it didn't take.
