I have cravings for NOT Chef Boyardee, which was my all time favorite childhood food (fish fingers, stopped when I figured out they had fish in them), Velveeta crap was another one.
I imagine Chef Boyardee may trigger feelings of a romanticized childhood. Good memories of the past go thru my mind in the grocery aisle.

Yes. Can you imagine serving cans of The Chef for supper? How hard is it to make spagetti? It's easier than opening a bunch of cans. I like the Boyardee for a quick lunch sometimes, but for the family supper? It's funny! Spend $3.00 on a box and a jar of sauce, or spend $10.00 on some cans of NOT al dente spagetti. Which one to choose??? And yes. I get that advertisement from time to time. Maybe they want us to store up some Chef Boyardee for the imaginary end of the world...

Sadly, I noticed they stopped making Beefaroni or Chili Mac. Those were my favs.
