I just noticed, with the 6/15 WT last year, they 'apostasised" themselves

Up to the 10/95 awake it had on the fine print about the generation of 1914, it was erased from then on.

The 11/95 Watchtower then said this on page 17, "Eager to see the end of this evil system, Jehovah's people have at times speculated about the time when the "great tribulation" would break out, even tying this to calculations of what is the lifetime of a generation since 1914. However, we "bring a heart of wisdom in," not by speculating about how many years or days make up a generation....

So they pretty much blame the membership for believing that those alive since 1914 or what makes the generation on them for believing, even though they themselves had taught it. Anyway here is the grave error, after making that statement, there should be no more generation speculations, teachings, or anything, then comes the 6/10 WT, ""Jesus evidently meant that the lives of the anointed ones who were on hand when the sign began to be evident in 1914 would overlap with the lives of the other anointed ones who would see the start of the great tribulation."

That looks like a clear case of apostate thinking by the WT's own words.

    End-

The Society needs to invest in a long string and two cans and stretch them between buildings so the different writing departments can communicate better

Excellent observation. The history of "succesful" apostasy has always been the powerful getting away with it (e.g., church authorities) and the rank and file getting pummeled. look at the history of the Catholic church for starters. When the Pope decrees a teaching can change, it can change - but no one else has the authority to change it.

I think showing those parts, then also compare the "Jesus obviously" statement from either late 50's or early 60's WT about what a generation meant, with this new "Jesus evidently" statement, put on after they condemned the speculating of what a generation is, to maybe help open someones eyes they have no idea what they are talking about and don't even know what they themselves believe.

This is it .No one knows the time or the day not even those in heaven ( i think there's a scripture that even says this?can't remember where it is in bble).

I think, the Watchtower is a master and mother of all contradictions. Thank you EndofMysteries for pointing this out.

If the WTB&TS beleived their own NWT bible they would see in Matt.1: 17 that a generation is 48 years long, simple arithmatic.
