Thank you everybody. I hope its all over now but only time will tell.
Statistically the odds are 60:40 that it will come back so the challenge now is psychological.
People talk all the time about "fighting cancer" but its a misleading metaphor. All you can really do is passively wait to see who wins. That's the hardest bit.
If you could beat it by doing something then it would be a battle.
