Pracitcing law isn't only knowing the black and white letter of the law but placing it in a sophisticated context. The Witness lawyers fail miserable at this. If corporations know to hire outside counsel to get perspective, why doesn't the GB? I suspect there lack of sophistication will bury them in the end. America may be safe for them because of our unique history. Altho my home, America is a small portion of the globe.
Their arrogance does not help negotiations either, IMO>
