You're probably right, Talesin. I appreciate your kind words.

The mind and body are grinding to a halt, it seems, and the usual stuff is so difficult to do. Since I am no longer dreaming about a paradise of eternity, I feel compelled to make haste slowly with what time remains.

Not being morbid, here - just realistic.

    Love,

I don't know if you've ever read Steven King's book, On Writing, but it's fabulous, very encouraging.

And no, dear, you are not being morbid. I totally get it ... ;)

I knew you'd show up, OUTLAW! The buzzards didn't get to you. I'm in a wilderness, too, but not as remote as yours.

Have a good day and stay SAFE!

Which activity is the most dangerous?

Swimming in the ocean alone at night

feeding the alligators in your backyard pond

napping in your rocker on the front porch

snacking in your tent during the night at the campsite

I hate being alone. It's been especially hard since Jack left me. Booted me out, actually.

What did I do this time to set him off? A sin of commission or one of omission? Wracking my tiny brain to come up with an answer, I am left totally bewildered as to why, once again, I am all alone in the world. I gave him the best years of my life.

I just want to lie down and die ...
