Why was the Nov 15th issue available online before the Nov 1st issue??
I asked this question a while ago and the elder who arranges magazine collection/delivery for our area sent this reply (in part):
The sequence is: Study Watchtower/ Awake/ Public Watchtower/ Gap Week (this is a 2 week gap every 13 weeks). I have noticed that the magazine is routinely uploaded at exactly 1:30 pm now.
I do not fully understand how he calculated this date but it was published exactly as said.
