Wow! Who thought this day would come. The sun rose, and now set. People walked dogs, woke from hangovers, walked the walk of shame from one night stands, some went to church and asked for forgiveness and some went and saw the new Pirates movie. I can not believe such things were possible on May 22, 2011 and decided I should make a list of all good things I will now get to experience.

    1. The final Harry Potter movie.

Sure I read the book, but damn it! I deserve to see that final movie and would have been real pissed off if the world ended before I could.

    2. Camping and hiking this summer.

Sure, I have done it before. But if there is a God, he should end the world in the winter time. You know, when the world is dark and depressed and so much tired of the weather. Not at spring time, when we see flowers, woman in bikini's and spend time swimming. That would just be mean, and I think I heard that Christian God was a God of love.

    3. Going to Europe, Asia and South America

Yeah, I was not doing that this summer. I was planning it in the future I guess I now have though.

I could go on and on, but that days will be doing that for me ... you know, going on and on, without some end. Damn! If you can not trust a bunch of Christians who claim to know the bible, judge those who don't, preach their message daily, and believe what they say to the point that they would ignore family members who don't and feel high and mighty.

    Who can you trust?

    Bring on .... May 23, 2011

I knew it would come. I remember the June 12, 2007 prediction that busted. And now this one. Every time they predict the end, it fails to come. They predict that God is going to step in, they get it wrong. As for me, I believed that at best there was an outside chance that something would happen, and there would be more probability of man-made problems using this as an excuse than of real Rapture related things happening.

And now, we have seen yet one more major prediction of a supernatural Armageddon. Now, let's take bets that December 21, 2012 is going to be nothing more than (1) a normal day, albeit the winter solstice, (2) the Friday when China refuses to buy any more Treasuries and thereby sends the dollar to its final destination, or (3) the day Agenda 21 or its more sinister deluxe version begins. (Remember, Agenda 21 is not God-inspired.)

I bet It'll be a day when I'm thinking "Shit!! what do I buy her xmas this year?"!

What is always more shocking to me, is not that people say these dates ... but that with so much failed predictions, people believe them.
