In my only confrontation with JW relatives, I told my aunt the very act of carving out "the truth" only to themselves was arrogant. She countered that the Witnesses never said they were "the truth." She mattered so much to me so I stopped the debate. My whole life I always heard it call it "the truth." My aunt always called it "the truth." She wasn't covering. It was sincere. Wow.
So we're writing this thread about a term never used by the Society.
