Here's a real life twist to that question.

The last series of "Survivor" took place in Africa. In one of the episodes, a local tribesman was lead into the group with a cow. He bled the cow from the neck, and mixed the blood with milk. The contestants had to drink the mixture in order to stay in the contest.

Would you drink fresh warm cow's blood for a million dollars?
