Same thing happens to me with the 11:11.
I think the point is that we only make a big deal out of noticing when it is an UNUSUAL palindrome time rather than all the times
we notice it is ordinary time.
Our brains are wired to put two things together and create MEANING out of them.
That NEXUS gives us the possibility of plotting patterns. Seeking patterns leads to predicting occurances.
Predicting occurances leads to long range planning and preparation that leads to survival.
