Bumping this back up and have to say I agree with Rules&Regulations that this is a poorly written article.
It would seem the elder informed the wife about the porn being removed by Leathead.
That leads one to think that "someone" unnamed was monitoring the website and we are never told who got the ball rolling with informing the elders so that they could (unsubstantiated) start the monitoring.
Later, the article mentions financial distress Leathead was having and that the wife was unaware of the situation.
We as readers are not told if she was unaware of the financial part or exactly what the word "situation" covers.
If you take out the instance where the elder informed the wife of the porn being removed and the being "unaware" of the maxed out credit cards, the question is still there as to who first discovered the porn on the computer.
Given that this article is covering an inquest, the facts are all very unclear.
