Sorry Marvin,
I do try to check my pm's at times but I most often get a message that says
"an error occurred" so I can't see them I just tried again a moment ago and got the same message
The PM thing doesn't seem too reliable to me

You have to redo it. Click on it, get the error, go back to the listing of messages and click on it again and THEN it re-opens. Don't ask me why.
