For those of you who missed it, my dear husband went into full cardiac arrest on 11/22/10. He was dead for about five minutes. Our boarder, Jose helped me get him out of our small downstairs bathroom out into the kitchen where he started CPR. A policeman arrived and took over the CPR until another officer came with the shock box. Then the rescue squad arrived and shocked him some more. He was breathing on his own by the time the ambulance left for the hospital.

After 12 days in the local hospital and then the Cleveland Clinic where a defibulator and new pacemaker were installed, he is home and resting comfortably. With the additional help of medications, he's expected to fully recover. I want to thank everyone for their well wishes. SD-7, OutAtLast, CStheApostate, Noni1974, and EmptyInside, thank you for the phone calls.

These last two weeks have been the most trying time of my life, and like most of us here, we've had more than our share of trying times. Thank you all for your support.
