Yes Gregor, a real friend would loan me $100, no questions asked. In today's economy I might need to ask 5 sorta good friends for $20 each to get that Cee-note.

Ever notice that some friendships are exhausting? I've had friends in the past that I felt I had to constantly entertain with agreeable conversation.
But I also had a friend once that could ride with me for hours in a car and not require any verbal affirmations. Just enjoying the day and the ride.
Sometimes I suspect that I am very shallow.
