thank you all for the lovely cards. My window sill has so many this year and I have loved opening them. It is so lovely to receive cards with special messages Coffee House Girl and Coffee shop Guy your card made me laugh it was great.

Hey finallysomepride- got your card yesterday
So many pretty cards, I had them on a side table but decided to hang them on the stair railing like Gary did, still might not be enough
room so might string a ribbon in our picture window and hang them there. Or maybe around the doorway, choices choices...
Ziddina- thank you for the mice! I used to collect mice, still have a few. Over the years we have even had a few mice and rats for pets, they are the best!

It was a happy accident that I sent you the "mice" card - or maybe my subconscious was actually functioning properly, for once......

I have hamsters - and cats, and a dog. Hamsters are cute, too - I almost adopted a couple of mice, but had to abandon that idea when I learned that they will chew their way out of a regular hamster cage [which was all I had available at that time...]
The pet store clerk said that a glass terrarium was best for mice. What do you think???

Gosh, I've received so many nice cards! Nearly everyone [except me... ] wrote something personal in their card...
Mine are kinda boring - just "Merry Christmas - Zid"... I kinda forgot that it wasn't a race...
I promise I'll do better next year...
